My name is Heather, and I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC #339695), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #37PC00642600) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS #4332) providing teletherapy services to adults. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma.

With a broad range of experience in diverse clinical settings—including inpatient hospitals, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs (IOP/PHP), domestic violence agencies, adult residential services, and the children’s system of care—I bring a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of the barriers that can impact treatment and healing.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-based therapy, mindfulness practices, solution-focused techniques and perinatal mental health support. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to pursue your goals, gain clarity, and achieve emotional stability.

I believe that with the right support, every person has the capacity to overcome challenges and discover their own path to personal success. I'm passionate about walking alongside my clients on that journey.
